Abstract:
Sanitary Sewers Maintained by the Los Angeles County Sewer Maintenance Districts (SMD).
 
Purpose:
Identifies sanitary sewers (gravity sewers, siphons and force mains) maintained by the Department of Public Works.
Supplemental Information:
The Los Angeles County Department of Public Works operates two special districts for the purpose of maintaining sanitary sewers: The Marina del Rey Sewer Maintenance District serves Marina del Rey. The Consolidated Sewer Maintenance District currently covers much of the sewered unincorporated county areas, 40 incorporated member cities, and serves two contract cities. Copies of record plans for sewers in unincorporated county areas and the following cities are available at the Survey Public Counter of the Los Angeles County Public Works Tidemanson Building (HQ), located at 900 South Fremont Avenue, Alhambra, CA 91803.     can you assist me in determining the existing sewers around the Casino in Avalon Catalina Island 1 Casino Way 91704. I am a plumbing contractor getting ready to do water and sewer work in and around the building starting 12/29/12. Thanks Gary George Kauffman Plbg 626 401 0717

    Francis, I am looking for a simple map of the sewers in Rolling Hills Estates so that I can determine if there is a capacity issue for a development. I can have someone download the file and view it in GIS formate, but that is an extra step. If I could get the information on a simple map it would help.
