Hospital Emergency Room Locations and Entry PointsPoint layer of hospital emergency room locations with entry points into the facility. All locations used by the Los Angeles County Fire Department. Hosp_name - hospital name Site_add - hospital address Site_city - city name Code - three digit code for hospital Trauma - trauma center flag 'Y" or blank Type - code for point type (EMERGENCY ROOM OR ENTRY POINT) Entry_name (Street name for entry point.)
