<li>The <a href="http://nowcoast.noaa.gov/help/mapservices.shtml?name=mapservices" target="_blank">nowCoast Information Depot</a>, which has more metadata than you would ever need.  It looks like they are using ArcIMS, which still works just fine!</li>
