What they are doing:
We are conducting a survey of individuals who use GIS technologies. This study is part of a research class project within Claremont Graduate University’s Ph.D. program in Educational Studies. If you are a user of GIS, your participation is invaluable to our study.
RESEARCH PURPOSE: Geospatial technologies are being utilized by a wide variety of users in multiple fields. Through our research, we hope to identify the range of experience and educational levels of individuals who presently use this technology.
SURVEY CONTENT: Survey questions include educational, occupational, and demographic questions. Your participation is voluntary, and all responses will remain anonymous. Only aggregated responses will be documented and disseminated. You are free to skip any questions. The estimated time needed to complete the survey is approximately 8 minutes. By filling out the survey, you agree to participate in this study.
