Services are restricted to residents of the City of Los Angeles.   The system is comprised of a network of 21 community centers that deliver coordinated, outcome-driven services to city residents in areas of highest need. Each center offers a list of core services through partnerships with a diverse group of agencies.  The Centers are designed to welcome all eligible city residents and efficiently assess their needs by creating a “no wrong door” environment.
