Hello and thank you for accessing LA County’s Open Data Portal. Please clarify… what do you mean when referring to performance data?
Currently, LACoFD’s 2000 Meter Grid is used for dispatching/location purposes. 911 call locations are verified and then dispatched to a 2000 Meter Grid page (and then a quadrant within that page). This allows field personnel to quickly orient themselves to the general response area for expedited emergency services. Additional GIS data may be clipped to the 2000 Meter Grid for enhanced analyses.

    Thank you,
    LACoFD GIS

  • Interesting stuff. Do you all have performance data within the grid areas?
    Thanks,
