Specific Plans (Unincorporated Areas)

For UNINCORPORATED areas of Los Angeles County only.  A Specific Plan implements the General Plan/Community Plan and is a more detailed version of the General Plan for a focused area.  The Specific Plan articulates planning considerations and imposes regulations or controls.   More information can be found about Specific Plans on the Department of Regional Planning’s Adopted Plans page.
