GIS Day 2011 Booth Map

GIS Day is one week away!  We look forward to another great event.  The weather is looking good, sunny and a bit cool.

The GIS Day committee has finalized the booth and session information.  Important information for attendees is included in the files below:

New this year

ESRI Hands-on Training:

Four sessions of hands-on training and tour of ArcGIS Online. These sessions will be first-come first-served.  A sign-up sheet will be located at ESRI booth (#29) and at the Training Room.

County Manager’s Track:

A special County manager’s half-day track will be held to help County managers new to GIS get up to speed with what GIS can do for their line of business. There will be a presentation and a tour of DPW’s Traffic Management and Emergency Operations center. Please RSVP with Mark Greninger at to attend this track.

GIS Day Cake

This year we will be celebrating GIS Day with a cake that will be served after GIS Day concludes at 3:30.  We would like to thank Pictometry for sponsoring the cake, and I am excited to see the design that DPW will be putting on the cake!  For some examples of cakes from other events, click this link.
