Pictometry for ArcGIS Desktop 10.1, 10.2 and 10.3 Add-In Released

ArcMap Patch for 10.2 – geocoding against LA County locator services

If you have installed ArcGIS Desktop 10.2 (which I have) and have tried using the Locator Services on our GIS Servers, you have seen failures:
